بيت الزيتون

Levantine mezze, charcoal grills and slow-cooked mandi — served the way our grandmother taught us.

Our Heritage

A family table, kept warm.

Bayt Al Zaytoun opened its doors in Souq Waqif in 1998, when Um Khaled began cooking the dishes of her Levantine childhood for the families of Doha.

More than a quarter of a century later, the recipes have not changed: mezze pounded by hand, grills over glowing charcoal, and mandi rested for hours beneath the coals. Everything is made fresh each morning, the way it should be.
