Our Story

A room lit by candles, a menu led by the season.

Noor Bistro opened its doors in 2019 with a single idea — that dinner should feel like an occasion, even on a Tuesday.

Our kitchen draws a quiet line between the Mediterranean and the Levant: olive oil and citrus, charcoal and herbs, plates meant to be lingered over. Everything is made to order, in a dining room kept deliberately low and warm.

Low light, long evenings.

Deep green walls, brass sconces and a single candle at every table — Noor is built for the kind of dinner that runs late without anyone noticing.
