Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with a website we build and host for you. It is part of our Terms of Service. The goal is simple: keep every website on our platform lawful, safe and trustworthy.
Use the site lawfully
You agree to use your website only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and of any country where you operate or sell.
What is not allowed
You may not use your website to publish or promote: anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading; content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights; hate speech, harassment or content that is defamatory or obscene; material that breaches Omani public-order or morality laws; malware, phishing or attempts to harm or gain unauthorised access to any system; or unsolicited bulk messaging (spam).
Accurate information
The information on your website — such as prices, services, licences and contact details — must be accurate and not misleading to your customers.
Others’ rights and privacy
You must have the right to use any text, images, logos and materials you give us, and you must handle your own customers’ personal data responsibly and in line with applicable data-protection law.
If this policy is breached
If a website breaches this policy or the law, we may remove the offending content or, where necessary, suspend the website. For serious or repeated breaches we may end the service. Where we can, we will contact you first so the issue can be fixed.
