Privacy Policy

ScrollJuice is a website service provided by Kays International LLC ("ScrollJuice", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or ask us for a website, why we collect it, the legal basis for using it, and the rights you have.
We keep this simple on purpose. We only collect what we need to reply to you and to build, host and support your website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we are (the data controller)
ScrollJuice is operated by Kays International LLC, Al Wattayah, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. For the personal data we handle, Kays International LLC is the data controller. You can reach us at info@kaysit.com or on WhatsApp at +968 7670 5883.
Information we collect
Information you give us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, email, phone or a form, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, business name, phone number, email, and what you tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically: when you visit this website, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical information such as your approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This helps us keep the site fast, secure and useful.
How we use your information, and our legal basis
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free website preview, build and host your website, provide support and send you service-related messages (such as invoices and important notices).
We rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, when you contact us or agree to marketing); the performance of our contract with you (to deliver and support your website); our legitimate interest in running and improving our service securely; and compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.
Marketing
We will only send you marketing or promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that consent and unsubscribe at any time by replying "stop" or emailing info@kaysit.com. Service messages that are necessary to run your subscription (such as invoices, renewal and suspension notices) are not marketing and will still be sent.
WhatsApp and messaging
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. We use the conversation only to serve your request.
Who we share information with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the service — for example website hosting, domain registration, analytics and payment processing — and only as far as needed to deliver your website. These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Some of our providers (for example website hosting and analytics) may store or process data on servers located outside the Sultanate of Oman. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected to a comparable standard, and we only transfer it where permitted by applicable data-protection law.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers — to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep customer information for as long as your subscription is active. After your website ends, files and site data are handled as described in our Terms of Service (held for 45 days, then deleted). We keep invoices and records for as long as required by Omani tax and accounting law, then remove or anonymise them.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong or incomplete; delete it; provide a copy in a portable format; restrict or object to certain uses; and withdraw any consent you gave. To exercise any of these, email info@kaysit.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a guardian’s consent.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the notice shown on the site, and you can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@kaysit.com and we will try to resolve it. In the Sultanate of Oman you also have the right to raise the matter with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT), and customers in other GCC countries may contact their local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
