Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply to the website design, build and hosting service provided by ScrollJuice, a product of Kays International LLC ("ScrollJuice", "we", "us"). By asking us to build your website or by subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
The service
ScrollJuice designs, builds and hosts a website for your business in Arabic and English on a monthly subscription. What is included depends on the plan you choose, as described on our pricing page.
Free preview before you pay
We show you a free preview of your website before you subscribe. You only start paying once you are happy and decide to go ahead. This means you can see exactly what you are getting before any payment is due.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed in advance — monthly, or yearly if you choose an annual plan. We issue an invoice at the start of each billing cycle, and your website stays live while your subscription is paid and active. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with prior notice; a price change will not affect the billing period you have already paid for.
Prices shown exclude VAT. Where VAT applies in your country (for example 5% in Oman and the UAE), it is added to your invoice at the applicable rate.
Non-payment and temporary suspension
Each invoice is due on its invoice date. We allow a grace period of 7 days from the invoice date for payment to reach us. If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after the invoice date, your website may be temporarily suspended — meaning it goes offline and visitors cannot see it — until payment is made.
A suspension is temporary and does not delete your website or cancel your subscription. As soon as we receive your payment, we restore your website, normally within one business day. You remain responsible for any invoices that were due during the suspension.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time — just tell us by WhatsApp or email. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be billed again after that. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term lock-in.
What happens to your website after cancellation
When your subscription ends — whether you cancel or it lapses — we place your website and its data on hold for 45 days. During this 45-day window your site is offline but not deleted: if you decide to come back, we can reactivate it, subject to bringing your payments up to date. On request during this period we will provide an export of your content.
After the 45 days, your website, its files and hosting data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping your own copy of any content or images you want to retain.
Refunds
Because we show you a free preview before you pay, and because you can cancel at any time to stop future billing, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain has been registered in your name.
Hosting and your domain
Hosting and SSL are included and provided by us for as long as you subscribe. Where a plan includes a domain name for the first year, that domain is registered for your business and belongs to you; renewal after the first year may be charged separately. If you already own a domain, we will connect it for you.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, text, images and materials you give us, and for ensuring you have the right to use them. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Intellectual property
You own the content you provide (your text, images, logo and brand). We own the underlying templates, code and design system used to deliver the service. Your right to use the website continues for as long as your subscription is active.
Availability
We work hard to keep websites fast and available, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We are not responsible for outages caused by third parties or events beyond our reasonable control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Oman.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
