How we build your bilingual website — from first message to launch
ScrollJuice is a done-for-you website service for businesses across the GCC. You do not touch code, wrestle with a builder, or pay anything upfront. This page walks through exactly how the process works — what we do, what we need from you, how long it takes, and what happens after you go live.
Why traditional website projects so often fail
Before the how, it helps to understand the why. Most small businesses in the Gulf have either been burned by a website project or heard the horror stories. The pattern is familiar, and our whole process is built to avoid it.
A big bill before you see anything
The usual model asks for a large payment upfront, before a single page exists. You are taking all the risk on trust, and if the result disappoints, the money is gone. That fear alone stops many businesses from starting at all.
It launches, then slowly rots
A one-off build is treated as finished the day it goes live. But prices change, Ramadan hours shift, a number updates, a link breaks. With no one maintaining it, the site quietly ages until it works against you instead of for you.
Bilingual is bolted on as an afterthought
Many Gulf sites do one language well and run the other through a translator, leaving broken layouts and stiff wording. In a market where customers move between Arabic and English all day, that reads as careless.
You become the project manager
DIY builders promise freedom but hand you the work — design, copy, translation, upkeep. For a busy owner, the site becomes one more job that never quite gets finished.
The ScrollJuice process, step by step
Here is the full journey from your first message to a live website — and beyond. Most businesses go from enquiry to launch in about five days.
1. You reach out — free, no commitment
You send us a message on WhatsApp or through the contact form and tell us about your business. There is no cost, no contract, and no pressure at this stage. We simply want to understand what you do and what you need.
2. We learn your business and research your market
Before designing anything, we look at your services, your customers, and how similar businesses in your city and country present themselves online. We look at what people search for in Arabic and English, so the site is built to be found, not just to look good.
3. We plan the structure and content
We map out the pages your business actually needs, the order they should flow in, and what each one has to say and do. This plan is shaped around turning visitors into enquiries — not around padding out page count.
4. We design and build it in Arabic and English
Our team builds your site in both languages together, with proper right-to-left Arabic, on fast, modern foundations. You provide your details, photos and any content you have; we handle the design, the writing polish and the technical work.
5. You see a free preview — before you pay
We build a real, working preview of your actual site and show it to you before any payment. You see exactly what you are getting, on your phone and on a computer, in both languages. Nothing is charged until this point.
6. We refine it until you are happy
You tell us what to change — colours, wording, sections, images — and we adjust. This continues until the site genuinely represents your business and you are satisfied with it.
7. We launch it — hosting, domain and SSL included
Once you approve, we take it live on your own domain, with secure hosting and an SSL certificate included. You do not deal with servers, certificates or technical setup. It just goes live.
8. We keep it current, every month
Your plan includes regular content updates, so the site stays accurate as your business changes, plus a design refresh each year. You send the change; we make it — no technical work on your side, ever.
Research, planning and competitor analysis
A website that only looks nice is a brochure. A website that is planned around your market is a tool that brings in customers. Before we design, we study three things: what your business needs to communicate, how your competitors in the GCC present themselves, and what your customers actually type into Google — in both Arabic and English.
That research shapes the structure: which pages you need, what each one should say, and how someone moves from landing on your site to sending you an enquiry. It is also where the groundwork for being found on search is laid, so your site is built on the right foundations from day one rather than patched later.
Arabic and English, built properly — not translated
In the Gulf, bilingual is not a nice-to-have; it is how your customers live. We build every site in Arabic and English together, as first-class versions of each other. Arabic reads naturally right-to-left, the layout flips correctly, and the wording is written to sound right to a native reader — not run through a translation tool with the buttons left in the wrong language.
The result is a site that meets a Saudi engineer reading specs in English and an Omani grandmother reading in Arabic with the same care. That respect for both languages is one of the clearest trust signals a Gulf business can send.
A free preview before you pay — our biggest difference
This is the part that sets us apart, so it is worth being clear about it. We do not ask for money before you can see your website. We build a genuine, working preview of your actual site — your name, your services, your content — and you look at it, in both languages, on any device, before a single payment is made.
It removes the risk that stops most businesses from starting. You are not paying for a promise and hoping it turns out well. You see the real thing first, ask for changes, and only begin your monthly plan once you are genuinely happy. If it is not right, you have lost nothing.
Launch, hosting, SSL and maintenance — all handled
When you approve your site, we take care of everything technical. It goes live on your own domain, which is registered in your name. Secure hosting and an SSL certificate — the padlock that tells visitors and browsers your site is safe — are included, not extra line items you manage yourself.
You never touch a server, renew a certificate, or field a hosting bill. And because maintenance is part of your plan, the day-to-day upkeep that lets a normal website rot is simply handled for you.
- Your own domain, registered in your name (free the first year)
- Secure hosting and SSL — included, forever
- Regular content updates every month
- A design refresh every year
- No upfront cost, and you can cancel anytime
Monthly updates and future AI-readiness
A website should keep working long after launch. Your plan includes ongoing updates — new prices, seasonal hours, fresh photos, a new service — so the site stays a true reflection of your business. You send us the change; we make it, usually quickly, with no technical work on your side.
We also build every site to be AI-ready, on clean modern foundations. That means as tools like chat assistants, online booking and automated replies mature, your site is ready to add them when you want — you are not locked into something that will feel dated in a year.
Your timeline, from enquiry to launch
Every business is different, but most go live in around five days once we have what we need. Here is the typical shape.
- Day 0
You reach out
You message us and tell us about your business. We ask a few questions to understand what you need.
- Days 1–2
Research, plan and build
We research your market, plan the structure, and build your bilingual site — design, pages and content.
- Day 3
Your free preview
You receive a working preview of your actual site, in Arabic and English, to review on any device — before paying anything.
- Day 4
Refinements
You request any changes and we refine the site until it genuinely represents your business.
- Day 5
Go live
On approval, we launch on your own domain with hosting and SSL included. Your site is live and findable.
How it works — your questions answered
Getting started
How do I start?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or through the contact form and tell us a little about your business. There is no cost or commitment to start, and we will guide you from there.
Do I need to prepare anything first?
Not much. It helps to have your business name, your services, any logo or photos you already have, and an idea of what you want the site to achieve. If you do not have all of it, we will guide you.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. Understanding your business, planning the site and building your preview all happen before any payment. You only start paying once you are happy with what you see.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. ScrollJuice is a simple monthly plan with no long lock-in, and you can cancel anytime.
What if I already have a website?
That is fine. We can rebuild it properly in both languages and move you over, keeping what works and fixing what does not. Your domain stays yours throughout.
The build and the preview
Do I really see the website before I pay?
Yes — this is the core of how we work. We build a real, working preview of your actual site and show it to you, in both languages, before any payment is taken.
What if I do not like the preview?
You tell us what to change and we refine it. If it is still not right for you, you have lost nothing — you have paid nothing. We only want you to continue when you are genuinely happy.
How many changes can I ask for during the build?
We refine the site until it properly represents your business. The goal is a site you are proud of, not a rushed handover.
Who writes the content?
We do the heavy lifting — structuring the pages and polishing the writing in both languages. You provide the facts about your business, and anything specific you want said.
What if I do not have professional photos?
We can work with what you have, guide you on simple photos to take, or arrange suitable imagery so your site still looks its best.
Can I choose the design?
Yes. You can browse our live demos across many industries, pick the style closest to what you want, and we build your real site from it — tailored to your business.
Languages and content
Is the site really built in both Arabic and English?
Yes, together, as proper versions of each other — with native right-to-left Arabic, not a machine translation. Both languages launch at the same time.
Can visitors switch between languages?
Yes. Your site has a clear language toggle, so every visitor can read comfortably in the language they prefer.
Do you handle Gulf-specific Arabic?
We write Arabic that reads naturally to your customers in the Gulf, rather than stiff, formal, or machine-translated wording.
Can I update content in just one language?
Yes. Send us the change and tell us which language, or both, and we handle it.
Launch, hosting and technical
Do I need to arrange hosting or a domain myself?
No. Secure hosting and an SSL certificate are included, and we sort your domain — free for the first year — registered in your name.
What is SSL and do I need it?
SSL is what puts the padlock in the browser and encrypts your site, so visitors and Google trust it. Yes, every site needs it, and it is included with yours.
Will my site work well on phones?
Yes. Every site is built mobile-first and loads fast on phone data, because that is how most of your customers will find you.
How fast will my website load?
We build on fast, modern foundations and optimise for speed, because slow sites lose visitors and rank worse on Google.
Who owns the domain and the site?
Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. The website is delivered as part of your subscription service.
Can you connect my site to Google and maps?
We build your site on the on-page foundations that help Google understand your business and location, so you are set up to be found in your city.
Pricing, payment and cancellation
How much does it cost?
Plans start from a simple monthly fee shown in your local currency, with hosting, domain and updates included and nothing upfront. You can see the full plans on the pricing page.
Is there really no upfront cost?
Correct. You see your preview first and only begin your monthly plan once you approve it. Nothing is charged before that.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, we wait seven days from the invoice date before any temporary suspension, and your site resumes as soon as payment is made.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my site?
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, we hold your website account for 45 days before deletion, so nothing disappears overnight.
Does the price include VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; VAT is added on the invoice where it applies in your country.
Want to compare the real cost?
You can use our GCC website cost calculator to compare the three-year cost of a one-off build against an all-inclusive monthly plan in your own currency.
After launch
What happens after my site goes live?
Your plan includes ongoing monthly updates and a yearly design refresh, so your site keeps reflecting your business as it changes. You send the change; we make it.
How do I request an update?
Just message us with what you want changed. There is no technical work on your side — we handle it, usually quickly.
Can I add features later, like booking or chat?
Yes. Every site is built AI-ready on modern foundations, so you can add things like online booking, chat or automated replies later when you want them.
Will you help my site get found on Google?
Your site is built on solid on-page and technical foundations for search, in both languages. For deeper reading, see our guide on getting found on Google in Arabic and English.
What if my business details change?
Send us the new details — hours, prices, services, phone number — and we update the site for you, in one or both languages.
